Important information:

  • • Tyre and mirror damage are excluded from insurance.
  • • Theft and hijacking excess is 20% of the total claim value, subject to a minimum excess of R7,000.
  • • Additional excess applies to drivers under 25 and over 75 years of age.

We can deliver and collect vehicles directly to your production location.

Terms

Basic Rental Terms

Key conditions for vehicle hire with Film Fleet Solutions.

  1. Valid driver's licence required.
  2. Approved drivers only.
  3. Vehicle must be returned with the agreed fuel level.
  4. No smoking or vaping in the vehicle.
  5. Unlimited kilometres apply within South Africa.
  6. Please notify Film Fleet Solutions in advance if the vehicle will be used for any shows or long-distance travel.
  7. Customer is responsible for all traffic fines, toll fees and penalties incurred during the rental period.
  8. Standard insurance includes a R7,000 excess.
  9. Zero Excess Insurance is available.
  10. Tyre and mirror damage are excluded from insurance.
  11. Theft and hijacking excess is 20% of the total claim value, subject to a minimum excess of R7,000.
  12. Additional excess applies to drivers under 25 and over 75 years of age.
  13. Optional equipment must be returned in the same condition as issued.
  14. Cancellation fees apply to confirmed bookings: 100% of the first 3 rental days and 50% of the remaining booked period.
  15. Late returns may incur additional charges.
